Summer holidays are coming to an end and we are making the most of each weekend. Last weekend we went to Santa Cruz and Capitola. Santa Cruz is interesting, felt a bit like Luna Park in St Kilda but with latin american ambience.
Santa Cruz provided more 'Only in America' moments, especially the advertisement for a Deep Fried Twinkie. A Twinkie is a favourite American treat / cake and it's similar to a small jam sponge roll - excepts it's filled with a cream like concoction. I've not tasted the deep fried version!
